On Thursday 22nd May the five Anglo Chambers based in Paris gathered together for a most enjoyable networking evening. Our 2025 Cross-Chamber Networking Reception included members from NetworkIrlande, AmCham, Australia France Business Association, Chambre de Commerce France Canada and our hosts, the Franco-British Chamber. 

50 NetworkIrlande members and Embassy of Ireland, France guests gathered on Monday May 12th for the second event in the 2025 Speaker Series to welcome Mr. John McCarthy, Chief Economist in the Department of Finance in the Irish Government. John has responsibility for the provision of economic and budgetary analysis and forecasts and is currently the vice-chair of the OECD’s Economic Policy Committee and an adviser to the National Competitiveness and Productivity Council.

NetworkIrlande members were privileged to be one of the Irish groups invited by the Embassy of Ireland and the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the OECD and UNESCO at the screening of Mrs. Robinson on Thursday 24th April at UNESCO. Mary Robinson herself took part in an hour-long Q&A session after the screening with many questions coming directly from the audience. 

On Tuesday 08th April, our sixth Speed Networking Event "Boost your Network" took place online in collaboration with the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce. The event ran for two hours from 9 - 11am CET and we were delighted to have 69 members from across our Franco-Irish networks organise 126 15-minute meetings over this duration.
