NetworkIrlande were delighted to partner with Business Member Ad Astra on July 15th for a webinar titled “Final Steps before the launch of Electronic Invoicing in France”
Alexandra Pomar introduced the webinar and Alban Oerlemans walked us through the steps of what is involved. We are now seven weeks from implementation so if you’re not yet ready it’s time to get cracking! While there are penalties for non-compliance, the first infraction will not be charged if fixed within 30 days.
Alban shared that new information will be needed on all invoices, such as the SIREN, description of whether it is for goods or services or combined, VAT and delivery address, if different to the billing address. There are 138 agreed platforms and three main formats UBL / CII / Factur-X (this last one works with PDFs). Platforms charge a fee and this can run from 15-10€ per month for few invoices to 5000€ per month so it’s important to research what is the best option for your company depending on you size and numbers of invoices each year. E-Reporting will be every ten days rather than once a month going forward.
Ad Astra can help so don’t hesitate to contact admin@networkirlande.com and we can put you in touch.
Many thanks to Alban and Alexandra for sharing this event with NetworkIrlande members and friends.
