NetworkIrlande AGM 2025

News - Intro image

NetworkIrlande Annual General Meeting 2025
After several years of purely online Annual General Meetings, NetworkIrlande was delighted to hold an in-person event and welcome some members to a hybrid version at the Embassy on Thursday June 19th at 9.30am.

Quorum was met with the presence of nine members in addition to the NetworkIrlande board, a further four participating online and 26 proxies gathered in advance of the meeting. We wish to thank all members who sent in their proxies.
Following on directly from our Q2 Board Meeting and starting a few minutes late, President Richard Dujardin presented the annual report, detailing the various activities that took place over 2024. This was followed with a short presentation of activities for 2025 according to the agenda. Treasurer Nick O’Conor then presented the accounts for approval, and they were approved unanimously.
Richard proceeded to present the current membership and highlight any changes since the 2024 AGM, which included 12 new individual members, five new business members and one new Pioneer member - Equans. We nevertheless also lost members in the same period.
Richard then thanked the board members for their continued support and proposed to elect the slate again, with the loss of Niall Gately from Pernod Ricard and Bruno Denoyelle from Brittany Ferries. This was passed unanimously. Kelly-Marie Nolan from Pioneer member Invest Northern Ireland was proposed for the board and once again the vote was unanimous.
After an exchange of questions and answers the AGM was drawn to a close at 10.11am. Members exchanged business and personal news over tea and coffee before returning to their working day! We wish to thank the Embassy of Ireland once again for their unwavering support of NetworkIrlande and for hosting our Annual General Meeting 2025.
