"Rendezvous of the" Tout Paris Irlandais” the feast of St. Patrick celebrated at the Embassy on March 16 was, as ever, a great success.
Hosted by the Ambassador, H.E. Geraldine Byrne Nason and Social Welfare Minister Leo Varadkar, most of our members were present on this festive evening.
On Friday, 17 March, the Ambassador and the Minister went to Cannes, where the municipality had greened the azure of the coast in honour of the Saint and the Franco-Irish fraternity.
A tradition and a celebration that in France was already narrated by Le Figaro in 1896 as recalled by the newspaper in its digital edition of March 16th.
On the occasion of this ministerial visit to the French Riviera seven trade agreements were signed between French companies and Irish companies, clients of Enterprise Ireland.
